Cooper Chapman is the man, hands down!
It’s not every day you meet a person that seems to be on the exact same path as you but a few steps further ahead, that’s how it felt when I first got the opportunity to meet Cooper.
Cooper first busted onto the seen as an up an coming surfer that quickly put himself at the pointy end of competitive surfing in Australia and then around the world.
Cooper, like most athletes based so much of his identity around his craft and as a result when things didn’t start going right later in his career he became lost and looked at his entire life not going right. When he lost his ride this gave Cooper a new opportunity, instead of dwelling on it Cooper decided to start up a mental health organisation called “The Good Humans Factory” based around making mental health cool and giving everyone the tools to keep their mental health in a positive state.
All around I loved doing this podcast because I feel the things Cooper is bring to the conversation can help so many people in a vast variety of ways.
