Episode 30 - Jake Lucas

On this episode of the podcast I sit down with the man, the myth, the legend that is Jake Lucas or better know as JL Media.

We have a really good laugh on this podcast and go into some old stories back when we were at each other’s throat to now being best of friends.

We also go into the changes he’s recently made to his life where he’s become more opened minded to mediation and mindfulness and the affect it’s already had on his overall happiness.
